- Use a spray tube to spray oxygen water directly onto the mold stain on the shirt.
- Wait about 15-20 minutes for the oxygen water to penetrate into the mold stain. Then wash the shirt with water and mold remover.
Using coffee grounds:
- Coffee grounds have the ability to absorb and remove odors from mold.
- Sprinkle a small amount of coffee grounds on the mold stain. Then scrub gently with a soft brush.
- After the coffee grounds absorb the odor, wash the shirt with water and mold remover.
How to preserve white coats so they don’t get moldy
Preserving white shirts to avoid mold requires special care and compliance with some specific measures. Here are some ways you can apply to keep your white shirt clean and mold-free:
Keep dry:
- Always make sure your white shirt is completely dry before storing. Mold often grows in damp environments.
- Avoid storing white shirts in plastic bags, as this can increase humidity.
Use a moisture-proof agent: Place a moisture-proof bag or moisture-proof soccer ball where you store your clothes. This helps keep the air in the bag or box free of moisture.
Store in dry conditions: Choose to store white clothes in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight, which can cause discoloration.
Use mold preservatives: Mold preservatives or anti-mold bags can help prevent the appearance of mold.
